My name is Santi DeOleo, and at my core, I’ve always been a creator. Long before social media became what it is today, I was drawn to storytelling, energy, and the way content makes people feel.

That passion led me into a career in media, where I spent over 20 years working as a radio personality and content creator in Boston. Radio taught me how to connect with people, hold attention, and create moments that resonate in real time.

As the landscape began to shift, I saw a bigger opportunity. Content was no longer just part of the job; it was becoming the foundation of how people build brands, businesses, and influence. I also realized that while many people had something meaningful to share, they often didn’t know how to communicate it in a way that connects.
